Pitched well, he was very interested in the offer. Was able to customise it for him to exactly what he wanted.
Applied scarcity when he said he wants to think about it.
He actually agreed to the sale
What could be improved
Didn't do the 5 step consult. Rushed through that
Close wasn't done properly. Could have pushed for the sale more before he went to meet his friends.
