When you run ads or do free postings, because the Opener, Rapport and Hook is all done in the ad already, you can move straight to Appointment setting.
"Sure, let's (meet up for coffee)/(have a call) so we can discuss further! How's your schedule on ___day like?"
They say: Thursday I am free from 3pm to 7pm
I say: Okay great! Is Thursday 3pm or Friday 5pm better for you?
(Give them 2 choices: the reason why is because if you just say, “shall we meet on Thursday at 3pm?” If they do not respond to the question or if they reply yes to another question instead, you would not know if the appointment is confirmed or not. If you give them 2 choices and they choose “Thursday 3pm!” Then you know that the appointment is confirmed)
If they say this week they are busy, you reply “Shall we tentatively schedule a meeting on (date that is pretty far away) at ___pm and then if need be, we can reschedule closer to the date. Sounds good?”
Awesome! Looking forward to seeing you __pm at ____!
(Important: because when you look forward to meeting someone, they look forward to meet you too. This also confirms and makes the appointment more solid.)
Continue to talk for 3 to 5 more lines.
(Don’t just end the conversation after setting the appointment! Talk for a little while more first. If not, they will feel that you talked to them just to try to sell them something.)
Anyway I have a meeting to go for. I will catch up with you on [Thursday] itself.
1 day before the meeting, “See you tomorrow at ____!”
