- Understood his business well
- Pitched well, he was very interested in the offer. Was able to customise it for him to exactly what he wanted.
- Applied scarcity when he said he wants to think about it.
- He actually agreed to the sale
What could be improved
- Didn't do the 5 step consult. Rushed through that
- Close wasn't done properly. Could have pushed for the sale more before he went to meet his friends.

- Follow up with him closely
