Context: I posted a facebook post on my profile.
"I found a way to get clients while staying at home!

And he commented me. Then I texted him and set an appointment with him.

What went well
  • Understood his business well
  • Pitched well, he was very interested in the offer. Was able to customise it for him to exactly what he wanted.
  • Applied scarcity when he said he wants to think about it.
  • He actually agreed to the sale

What could be improved
  • Didn't do the 5 step consult. Rushed through that
  • Close wasn't done properly. Could have pushed for the sale more before he went to meet his friends.

Action plan
  • Follow up with him closely
  • Didn't buy yet.
