- Committed to making a decision by the end of the call
- Presented two choices. $3k with more support and $1k online course. She chose the $1k online course in the end
What could be improved
- If the page to make enrolment had lesser words, the process would have been a lot faster.
Action plan
- Gave her course and added her to whatsapp group.
