Hot market prospecting.mp4
For hot market, we can do a direct invitation.
Hot market = people you have been in constant contact with in the last 6 months. It wouldn’t be weird if you suddenly approach or text them.
Warm market = people you know and know you. But haven’t contacted in a while.
Most important thing about prospecting is to be super enthusiastic about the course.
List out 30 people who would be a good fit for the course.
- Insurance agents
- Property agents
- MLM / Network Marketing
- Business owners
- People who want to make a side income
- Employees, Students, Retirees etc.
- If they want to do Facebook marketing, be an event marketer, freelance marketer, set up a social media marketing agency etc.
If you cannot think of 30 people, go to your Facebook Messenger and see who is online. There would DEFINITELY be at least 30 people there
Add them to your own tracking spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A9hzvV7NamBEoD2c_M2z2V0xWFHoxlnkf3gUHfc0DXA/copy
Reasons people join Apollo or Facebook Accelerator AKA angles to introduce the course to them
1) Learn sales and marketing
- Generate leads, increase brand awareness, improve their conversion rate etc.
2) Make money
3) Personal growth
4) Access to business opportunities, networking etc.
Never ever use words like “not sure if you would be interested” “maybe” “might” etc. Every statement must be a closing statement! Example, “You confirm like one!” “Trust me, damn good!” “Perfect for you!”
Inviting them for an appointment is like inviting them for coffee, or going out for a movie etc.
Your hook question can be:
- How do you normally get clients?
- Are you interested to learn social media marketing?
- Have you tried Facebook Marketing before?
- Have you thought of doing social media marketing before?
- Have you thought of owning a business before?
- If you could make an extra $____/month would that be good?
- If I can show you how to get 4000 real, targeted leads interested in (____) for free. Would that be good?
- I found a way to get 4000 real, targeted leads interested in ____ for free! Would you be keen on that?
- I found a way to generate leads and sales. You interested?
“Hey ____, (hook question)”
Look for your friends who are in sales
“Hey bro, I just learnt Facebook marketing to generate leads. You keen to get more leads and sales for your insurance business?”
“Hey ____, I found a way to get 4,000 real, targeted leads interested in ____ for free! Would you be keen on that?”
“Hey ____, I just enrolled in a course to learn Facebook marketing and I thought you would benefit as well. (Hook question)”
When they ask what it is about.
“Briefly it's about Facebook marketing but it’s quite hard to explain because I also just started learning. How about I introduce you to my friend so he can share more with you?”
How's your schedule on Thursday like?
Give 2 options (2 choose 1) Wednesday 3pm or Thursday 5pm?
Awesome! Looking forward to seeing you.
(important: feel good factor. Make them excited to want to meet you)
Continue talking and then end conversation (e.g. at least 3 to 5 more lines)
(important: to show them that you care more about the relationship than their money)
Other points you can add:
“I damn excited to share this with you!”
“This is really the best thing ever, BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD”
“SUPER FUN, AND SUPER FLEXIBLE”
“DAMN WOWZ ONE”
“HAHAHAHA YOU JUST COME AND TAKE A LOOK LA!”
“TRUST ME BRO”
“I think you damn cut out for this”
“You so (alpha/talented/good at talking/smart) confirm can do well in this platform one”
If they ask, “do what one?”
ASK them, “have you done sales and marketing before?”
If they say yes, then you can say, “Awesome then this is perfect for you. How’s your schedule on ___day like?”
If they say no, then you can say, “Awesome then this is perfect for you, because everything would be taught and guided from scratch. How’s your schedule on ___day like?”
Take note: Never ever lie.
Do not overshare, but do not lie as well. Lying might benefit you in the short term, but in the long term, it’s definitely not worth it.
